Law Dog: Huxley… best friend to Jessica Proudfoot (2L)

When you aren’t eating somebody’s homework, what do you spend your time doing?
I’m re-working my first novel for publishing. Critics will tell you it’s a canine-centric myopic; but my publisher assures me that “Neglected” is going to take North America by storm.

If you were to choose one person in law school to lick on a daily basis, other than your owner, who and why?
Anna Sledziecka. I’m her little buddy.

How do you torture your owner? Do you find your methods effective?
The desperate “don’t leave me” eyes when she shuts the apartment door seem to produce their intended effect quite nicely.

If you were to be any type of person in the world, what would you be?
A little old man with a pipe and a passion for post-apocalyptic literature.

Did you sign up for that Animal Rights course? Why or why not?
I did not. Would you take a Human Rights class taught by a dog? So colonial.

Teddy Hilton: love him or hate him?
We’re what kids these days call “frienemies”.

Which professor do you think is most likely to allow you in the classroom?
I hear Kaulbeck is into cats but I think she might make an exception for a likable fellow such as myself.

What is your favorite space in the Law Centre and why?
Professor Anand’s office – I have heard rumors his computer screen is made of tennis balls.

What was your most embarrassing moment?
You’ll have to buy my book for the answer to that one. I’ll just say it involved Teddy Hilton, and a certain b**** from New York.

Who/what is the one person/thing in law school you would puke on because you hate them?
There are one or two SLS files….

What intramural are you most involved in?
I’m an avid Bearristers fan – cheered them to an honorable second place in Laws a Beach.

Do your peers love or hate you, and why?
The Law dogs are cool enough “cats.”

What is your most annoying habit?
Cocaine. And bunny rabbits.

If you were to take out a singles ad, what would it say?
Likes long walks, the Planet Earth dvd series, and caramel popcorn. Looking for like-minded individuals – if things go well there might even be a tummy rub in it for you!

Do you have any holiday traditions?
If you call being dumped with strangers for a month while your owner vacations in Italy, then yeah, we have traditions.

What are you most looking forward to about the winter break?
Long walks, Plant Earth dvds and the giant holiday buckets of caramel popcorn. And tummy rubs. Lots of tummy rubs.

LOL Cats- funny or offensive?
Funny.

I see that your owner worked at SLS over the summer. What was that like for you?
Sweet digs my friend. Sweet digs.
